Ira Kleiman’s legal team claims that Dr. Craig Wright now has the ability to open the encrypted file believed to contain the private keys to over 820,000 Bitcoins.
Kleiman is suing Wright for BTC that he allegedly mined along with the late Dave Kleiman and now has in his possession. Wright says they didn’t work together.
Craig Wright threatened to collapse the Bitcoin price… but what happened?
According to court documents filed on May 21, Kleiman claims that Wright „knows how to open the encrypted file, but will not do so because it contains information about his association with Dave and the BTCs that they mined together.
Kleiman claimed that $1.6 million was spent on aggressively challenging new york’s supremacy, just shy of $100 million, were just watching, delay its token distribution, welcomes blockchain firms, spiked over 400, 94 firms have signed up, bitcoin venture capital, using a private blockchain, scaling tech sharding at addresses provided to the court as evidence that he had access, along with Wright’s public threats to collapse the Bitcoin market, which would require access to a large amount of BTC:
Wright’s refusal to open the encrypted file tells us that he surely knows that its contents will include records of the existence of an association between Wright and Dave Kleiman, and that the 820,200 Bitcoins on the CSW List (or other comparable amounts) belong to that association, as well as blockchain-related intellectual property created before Dave’s death.
The CSW list, which contains 16,404 BTC addresses, to which Kleiman refers is one of three in the case. The fact that BTCs were spent on the addresses on that list: „is incontrovertible evidence that Wright submitted a fraudulent/incomplete list of his BTCs as the CSW archived list and/or has access to a list of his BTCs and the private keys associated with them and is lying to us“.
„Countless court frauds“
„Wright was involved in a sustained pattern of perjury, false evidence, misleading records and obstruction,“ the document says.
Craig Wright denies having transferred ‚Satoshi‘ coins, leaving him in a legal dead end
Kleiman’s team cites four cases in which Wright allegedly lied under oath, one last week, when the Satoshi plaintiff offered false documents related to his divorce. They argue that Wright’s ex-wife may have lied in support of his case.
She has a strong incentive to lie: she is financially dependent on him, lives in fear that he will interrupt her support, and has lied to him in the past because of this.
The judges in the case questioned Wright’s credibility on more than one occasion.
Warning from the author of Rich Dad, Poor Dad: „Get Bitcoin and save yourself“
Criticizing the court for imposing sanctions only once, Kleiman stated that Wright’s „general disdain for the legal system“ would continue unless it was challenged.
The paper concluded:
For these reasons, the plaintiffs respectfully request that the Court issue an order, in accordance with its inherent powers, to achieve Dr. Wright’s amended answer and participate in a standard lawsuit against him.
